1.How long have you been doing CrossFit and what brought you here?
I started about 16 months ago and wanted to try something new after losing interest in a standard gym. It’s the perfect combination of strength and conditioning that I needed.
What is your favorite type of WOD? AMRAP? RFT? CHIPPER?
I’m a fan of the chipper.
3. What is the skill/accomplishment you are most proud of?
The progress I’ve made in the Olympic movements including mobility. HSPU and kipping pull ups as well.
4. What words of wisdom do you have for our new CrossFitter’s who are just starting out?
It takes time for things to click and they will if you can come to class consistently. Also, listen to our awesome coaches!
5. Name a goal-whether skill or strength that you would like to accomplish in 2014 here at CFJ.
I want to be able to accomplish DUs in a WOD and also conquer a muscle up.
