About 2.5 years. I was looking for something new to try.
2. What is your favorite type of WOD? AMRAP? RFT? CHIPPER?

I’m surprised how strong CrossFit has made me.
4. What words of wisdom do you have for our new CrossFitter’s who are just starting out?
Stick with it and work on your range of motion. Listen to the coaches, they are educated toward this sport.
5. Name a goal-whether skill or strength that you would like to accomplish in 2014 here at CFJ.
Remain injury free while adding to my strength and flexibility.
