1.How long have you been doing CrossFit and what brought you here?

Best decision I ever made!
I was bored with the same old routine of the typical gyms where I always struggled with what type of workout I should do for the day never really being satisfied with my results or seeing any change I was stuck in a plateau and was really frustrated. I never would have even dared to attempt a deadlift, back squat, snatch,OHS in public with the fear of looking like a total dork LOL.
The training I have received at CFJ is the reason I have been able complete 4 spartan races in the past year! ( I hate running)!
2. What is your favorite type of WOD? AMRAP? RFT? CHIPPER?
Speed is my weakness I always love the AMRAP WOD
3. What is the skill/accomplishment you are most proud of?
Hard to say … I think the RopeClimb! I also
accomplished my goal of getting Pull Ups & HSPU (Kipping) lol still counts that’s huge for me!
4. What words of wisdom do you have for our new CrossFitter’s who are just starting out?
If you want and exciting atmosphere with great coaches to guide you through your workouts knowing everyone supports each other and wants you to do good Stick it out !! It can be intimidating but I promise you will be excited to workout & It will become part of your lifestyle, You will be hooked guaranteed!
