1.How long have you been doing CrossFit and what brought you here?
I have been doing crossfit for the past two years. I wanted to do something other then a global gym or swimming like I did in the past.
2.What is your favorite type of WOD? AMRAP? RFT? CHIPPER?
My favorite wod is a chipper! I love that you have a multitude of exercises to complete and you tackle them one after another.
3. What is the skill/accomplishment you are most proud of?
I am most proud that I can do full depth squats (after stretching my hip flexors)! My mobility was very limited when I first started at Crossfit Joliet. I have learned that working on my mobility is the key to the garden of youth.
4. What words of wisdom do you have for our new CrossFitter’s who are just starting out?
Keep consistent with your workouts and you will see a multitude of improvement.
5. Name a goal-whether skill or strength that you would like to accomplish in 2014 here at CFJ.
I’d like to improve all my body weight exercises like hand stand push-ups and butterfly pull-ups.
