1.How long have you been doing CrossFit and what brought you here?

Since Brandon opened Undisputed. I have known Brandon since childhood. We grew up in the same neighborhood.

2.What is your favorite type of WOD? AMRAP? RFT? CHIPPER?

None of the above. I love max days but, if I had to choose one, it would be RFT. I chose RFT because I enjoy, once or twice a year, being able to beat Francisco.

3. What is the skill/accomplishment  you are most proud of?

When I first started I never worked with Olympic lifts and over the course of the two years, I am a lot better with my movement patterns. Also before Crossfit, I was borderline being put on Blood Pressure Medication. Now my Blood Pressure is the best it has ever been.

4. What words of wisdom do you have for our new CrossFitter’s who are just starting out?

Be patient with yourself. Don’t overthink the movements of the lifts. Have fun and enjoy the support you will get every class. 

5. Name a goal-whether skill or strength that you would like to accomplish in 2014 here at CFJ.

Cleaning up my diet and working on mobility.
