I have been doing CrossFit for 2 years

I like them all because each one is different

I am most proud of my full clean and jerk
4. What words of wisdom do you have for our new CrossFitter’s who are just starting out?
Be consistent, do your best and never give up.
5. Name a goal-whether skill or strength that you would like to accomplish in 2014 here at CFJ.
I would like to improve my full snatch
