Consistent Support

At CrossFit Joliet, we teach confidence through preparation. Being prepared is the basic blue print toward establishing goals and mapping out steps towards progress. Practice remaining calm when presented with an uncomfortable moment. Our philosophy focuses on “staying the course.” It is important to follow through on goals no matter how difficult it seems.


Good health decisions get down to an education about positive alternatives. Do you choose the banana or the apple? Learn how to think for success, with the guidance of our team. We work with our members to keep them accountable for the good decisions they make.

Positive Mindset

In a growth mindset, people believe that their basic abilities can be developed through hard work and dedication. Failing to meet expectations doesn’t make you a failure. Failing can be a stepping stone toward reaching your goals and ultimate vision. Always move forward, never give up and believe you can do it!


The Jump Start Program was perfect for me. After being out of the gym for quite a while, I was intimidated to jump in with some of the athletes that work out at Undisputed. Going through the basics not only prepared me for CrossFit, but I found I could work at my own pace and everyone was extremely supportive in helping me reach my goals.
